Engineering and manufacturing, under one roof
SAI DRY FAB is the tank manufacturing division of Sai Heating & Cooling Solutions, established in 2025. We take a storage requirement — a capacity, a medium, a plant room with a difficult doorway — and turn it into a tank that fits and works.
The people who design your tank and the people who weld it are in the same building. That is the whole point of the way we are set up: nothing is lost in a handover to a subcontractor, and the person who answers your question about a nozzle position has seen the drawing.

Tank and heat pump, engineered as one system
Neo Heat Pump is our associated brand and part of the same group. When a project needs both a heat pump and storage, you can have them designed together instead of matched after the fact — nozzle heights set for the heat pump's flow rate, sensor pockets where its controller expects to read, insulation sized for its run cycle.
One enquiry, one team, one point of accountability if something needs attention later. If your requirement is the heat pump rather than the tank, tell us that and it reaches the same people.

How we work
Five stages, and you know where your tank is at each one.
Enquiry
You tell us the duty, the capacity and the constraints. We ask the questions that change the design — access, medium, temperature, connection layout.
Engineering
We work the requirement into a specification and drawing, confirm material and configuration, and put it in writing before anything is cut.
Manufacturing
Cutting, rolling, welding and assembly against the approved drawing, with in-process checks at each stage.
Testing
Leak and quality testing appropriate to the tank and its duty. Scope is agreed at order stage and recorded.
Delivery
Finishing, insulation and cladding where specified, then despatch coordinated with your site readiness.
Materials and capacity
Standard capacities run from 200 to 20,000 litres. Above 20,000 litres we build to order against the specific requirement rather than against a catalogue.

- SS 316 — chlorides, pool water, aggressive process media

Grade selection follows the medium, its concentration and its temperature. Tell us those three and we will give you a straight answer, including when a cheaper material is the right one.

What we can tell you now is how we work: the specification is confirmed in writing before manufacture, in-process checks run through fabrication, and testing is carried out to a scope agreed at order stage and recorded. If a certificate matters to your tender, ask us directly and we will tell you exactly where we stand.
