PUF or rockwool insulation clad in stainless, aluminium or powder-coated MS.
Surface finishing & polishing
Finishes from mill through brushed to mirror polish, inside and out.
Leak & quality testing
Testing appropriate to the tank and duty, with the scope agreed at order stage.
Inspection & quality control
In-process checks through fabrication, with third-party inspection accommodated where specified.
Custom nozzles & connections
Nozzle schedules, thermowells, manways and sensor pockets positioned to your drawing.
The five stages
Enquiry
You tell us the duty, the capacity and the constraints. We ask the questions that change the design — access, medium, temperature, connection layout.
Engineering
We work the requirement into a specification and drawing, confirm material and configuration, and put it in writing before anything is cut.
Manufacturing
Cutting, rolling, welding and assembly against the approved drawing, with in-process checks at each stage.
Testing
Leak and quality testing appropriate to the tank and its duty. Scope is agreed at order stage and recorded.
Delivery
Finishing, insulation and cladding where specified, then despatch coordinated with your site readiness.

What we need from you
The faster you can answer these, the faster and more accurate the quotation. If you do not know some of them, say so — we will work through them with you.
- Capacity, or the demand it has to serve
- What is being stored, at what temperature and concentration
- Vertical or horizontal, and the space you have
- How the tank gets into the space — doorway, stairwell, crane
- Connection sizes and positions, or the system drawing
- Whether it is indoors or outdoors
- Any documentation or inspection your project requires
