Thermal buffer volume that stops short cycling and steadies system flow.
Overview
Buffer tanks add thermal mass between generation and demand. They keep heat pumps and chillers from short cycling, absorb sudden load swings and give control systems something stable to read.
We build them vertical or horizontal, insulated, with the connection arrangement your hydraulic design calls for — including multi-port arrangements for primary and secondary circuits.

It is driven by the smallest compressor step, the minimum run time you want to protect and the system flow rate. Share those and we will size it with you.
Sometimes, but the two duties pull in opposite directions — storage wants stratification, buffering wants mixing. We will tell you when a single tank works and when it does not.
Yes. Chilled duty needs vapour-sealed insulation to stop condensation forming inside the jacket, and we build it that way.
There is no standard — ports are placed to your schematic. Send the drawing and we work from it.
