A tank manufacturer, built inside an engineering company
SAI DRY FAB was established in 2025 as the tank manufacturing division of Sai Heating & Cooling Solutions, a Bengaluru manufacturer.
Why we started
The group has spent years supplying heating systems to hotels, hospitals, hostels and factories. In project after project, the same gap appeared: the heat source was specified carefully and the storage was an afterthought — a standard tank bought on price, with connections in the wrong place and insulation that gave the heat back overnight.
SAI DRY FAB exists to close that gap. We build the tank with the same attention the rest of the system gets, and we build it to the requirement rather than to a catalogue.
How we are set up
Design and manufacture sit in the same place. A requirement comes in, it is worked into a specification and drawing, it is confirmed with you in writing, and then it is cut, rolled, welded, finished and tested. When you call with a question three months later, you are talking to people who have the drawing.
Our relationship with Neo Heat Pump
Neo Heat Pump is the group's heat pump brand and our sister company. The two work together where a project needs both, and separately where it does not. A SAI DRY FAB tank is not a Neo product and we do not present it as one — but when both are supplied together, they are engineered as a single system.
If your requirement is a heat pump rather than a tank, tell us and it reaches the right people immediately.
Established 2025. We are a new division of an established company. We say so plainly rather than borrowing a founding year, a project count or a certificate from elsewhere in the group.
How we approach a job
Ask before quoting
Medium, temperature, capacity, site access. The questions that change the design get asked at the start, not after the steel is cut.
Say what we can build
If a duty is outside what we should supply, we will tell you. If a cheaper material is the right answer, we will say that too.
Confirm in writing
The specification is agreed in writing before manufacture begins, so there is no argument later about what was ordered.
Build for the site
Doorways, stairwells, terrace lifts and crane access shape the design. We would rather know on day one than on delivery day.
Test and record
Testing to a scope agreed at order stage, with the results recorded rather than assumed.
Stay reachable
The same team answers the phone after delivery. Technical questions do not get routed to a call centre.
