What we collect
When you submit an enquiry on this website we collect the name and phone number you provide, and the email address, company name and message if you choose to give them. We collect nothing else about you through the enquiry form.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on it. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
The enquiry form opens WhatsApp with your details prepared as a message. The message is sent only when you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that conversation.
Analytics
Where website analytics are enabled, they record anonymous usage information such as pages visited and general location. They do not identify you personally.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and any resulting order, and for the period required by applicable tax and company law.
