Double-walled tanks with a heating or cooling jacket around the vessel.
Overview
A jacketed tank carries a second shell around the vessel so a heating or cooling medium can circulate against the wall. It is how you hold a process at temperature rather than simply storing it insulated.
Jacket style — full, partial, dimple or limpet coil — is chosen against the medium, the transfer rate you need and the pressure in the jacket circuit.

Common questions
It follows from the medium and the heat transfer rate you need. Dimple and limpet suit higher jacket pressures; full jackets suit lower-pressure hot water circuits.
Jacket medium and pressure are confirmed per application before design. Tell us what you have available on site.
We provide the mounting arrangement and can coordinate with your supplied drive.
Internal finish is specified to the product duty, up to a sanitary finish where needed.
