Solar thermal systems need storage that can take heat when the sun provides it and hold it until the demand comes, which is usually hours later and often the next morning.
We build solar storage in stainless and mild steel with the circuit arrangement your collector array needs, and with insulation heavy enough that an afternoon's collection is still useful at six the next morning.
